SharePoint: Migration and Training

Collaborated on the migration from on-prem systems to SharePoint Online, rollout a centralized intranet and global training for teams across 36 countries. Hundreds of active projects were migrated with structured governance, training, and user enablement.

My Role:

• Defined and documented best practices for migrating thousands of files to SharePoint Online
• Designed, created, and structured SharePoint sites and hub sites for global scalability and governance
• Delivered 4 nationwide training sessions in Switzerland, plus Spanish-language sessions for Latin America
• Developed clear, user-friendly interactive PDF manuals for administrators and end users

Copilot Studio: Helpdesk Support Chatbot

Built an AI-powered chatbot using Copilot Studio for common IT support requests, providing 24/7 self-service support and reducing the IT team's workload on repetitive issues.

Challenges Solved:

• IT team overwhelmed with high ticket volume
• Many requests were repetitive and simple (password resets, software access, VPN setup)
• No 24/7 support coverage
• Users frustrated with delayed responses

My Role:

• Designed conversational flows in Copilot Studio for top 15 IT request types
• Integrated AI Builder models to understand user intent automatically
• Connected bot to SharePoint Knowledge Base for dynamic answers
• Implemented to Teams so the chatbot was accessible promptly
• Built analytics dashboard showing resolution rates and user satisfaction

Power Platform Governance and DLPs

Established comprehensive governance for an NGO's Power Platform environment—implementing and adjusting DLP policies, deploying the CoE toolkit, and creating structured ALM practices resulting in a secure and compliant environment.

• No DLP policies or oversight
• Uncontrolled solution development
• Sensitive data exposure risks
• Zero visibility into platform usage
• No development lifecycle practices

My Role:

• Assessed environment and identified security gaps
• Designed tiered DLP policies across Dev, Test, and Production environments
• Deployed and configured the CoE Starter Kit with automated monitoring
• Established ALM practices including environment strategy
• Created governance documentation and maker onboarding program

Ticketing System Implementation & Knowledge Base

Implemented the company's first structured ticketing system and created a Knowledge Base to replace unorganized, email-based IT support, enabling both IT staff and users to quickly find and track solutions.

My Role:

• Deployed and administered the ticketing system in SharePoint
• Created automated workflows and managed permissions
• Built a searchable Knowledge Base with step-by-step guides

AI-Powered Idea Collaboration App

Designed and implemented a Canvas Power App supported by automated Power Automate flows and AI Builder models to foster employee engagement and collaboration. The app enabled users across the organization to connect and evaluate ideas in a dynamic and creative environment.

My Role:

• Built and customized Canvas Power Apps with a user-friendly and engaging UI
• Developed end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate (submissions, notifications, status updates)
• Implemented AI Builder capabilities to analyze and categorize ideas, extract key themes, and support decision-making
• Connected workflows to SharePoint Lists for secure and structured data storage
• Integrated Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Extended functionality using Azure Functions for advanced logic and processing

Windows 11 Enterprise Migration

Migrated 300+ users across Switzerland to Windows 11 Enterprise via Autopilot with progressive rollout, achieving minimal downtime and streamlined post-migration software deployment.

My Role:

• Prepared detailed migration and installation guides
• Performed installations and pre-migration testing
• Conducted IT staff training sessions
• Developed comprehensive KB articles

Automated Employee Onboarding System

Designed and implemented an onboarding workflow to fix gaps between HR and IT teams, reducing onboarding time from 5 days to under 2 hours while ensuring consistent execution across all departments.

Challenges Solved:

• No standardized onboarding process existed
• HR and IT teams worked using emails and spreadsheets
• Critical steps were frequently missed or delayed
• New employees often waited days for account setup and equipment
